What is Relationship Coaching?

Relationship Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps individuals and couples produce extraordinary results in their committed relationships.  Through the process of coaching, clients define their vision of a fulfilling, committed relationship and then develop a plan of action to achieve the vision.

The coaching alliance empowers couples to become more conscious in their relationship, thus enabling them to move forward with greater awareness and presence.  It also assists couples to identify the roadblocks that interfere with achieving their vision.

What is the difference between Coaching and Therapy?

Coaching is action-oriented with a focus primarily on the future.  Coaching provides clients with the support, structure and accountability to successfully reach their relationship goals.  Therapy is when an individual or couple wants to gain greater insight into past experiences to better understand their impact on the present and are in need of emotional healing.

I will coach you in the interpersonal and communication skills needed to create your ideal relationship. We will partner together and I will assist you to build a better understanding of each other, and create a connected and safe place for you and your partner.  You will be able to recognize communication blocks and listen with compassion and empathy.

By working together, my clients build a better understanding of each other, and are able to attain their mutual goals more easily. The clients I am coaching are experiencing significant increases in their communication skills, emotional intimacy, and sexual relationship. I have confidence that new clients will achieve the results they are seeking.

Together we will create a path of action.  We will build on the foundation of your relationship to sustain the two of you as you progress toward your relationship goals.

Relationship Coaching takes place on the telephone, Couples Enrichment Workshops, or if you live in the Las Vegas area we can meet in my Summerlin office.
